[Job Description]

• Prepare, control, and distribute all required air and ocean import documentation in a timely fashion to appropriate parties (i.e. delivery orders, arrival notice, etc.)
• Ensure system information match with actual documentation
• Communicate with air and ocean carriers, origin and destination locations regarding shipment status, special handling, and delivery of freight
• Mediate delivery requirements and shipment tracking between customers, truckers, brokers, warehouses, and vendors to ensure proper delivery
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of import documentation
• Act as an operational liaison with customer to provide excellent, professional customer service
• Coordinate truck deliveries with dispatch team
• Handle order fulfillment operations, billing, and customer service functions in a timely manner
• Associates Degree (minimum); Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
• 1+ years of experience in handling customer service (preferred)
• 1+ years in freight forwarding, logistics, and/or supply chain (preferred)
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• S peaks Korean (mandatory)
• Must be authorized to work in U.S.
