• Support Head of Division and Head of Department in organizational aspects especially planning of initiatives and deliverables.
• Independently research topics and prepare the basis for decision-making.
• Organize and facilitate meetings and workshops.
• Prepare slides and take minutes.
• Job enrichment by taking over Business Analysis tasks and Project management task possible.
• Job enrichment by taking over Scrum Maser role in teams possible.
