People Manager - (International Labor Relations)

The Role

• Direct full-cycle payroll operations to ensure accuracy and timely compensation.
• Architect and launch HR initiatives designed to strengthen organizational culture and boost staff morale.
• Administer the complete employee journey , from seamless integration (onboarding) to professional transitions and exits.
• Guarantee total regulatory alignment by auditing HR and payroll workflows against local and federal labor laws.
• Act as the primary HR ambassador , resolving complex inquiries regarding pay, benefits, and workplace policies.
• Optimize HRIS integrity through meticulous data management and system oversight.
• Spearhead audit readiness and translate inspection findings into scalable process enhancements.
• Drive strategic HR projects that heighten operational speed and improve talent retention rates.
• Mediate workplace disputes and provide expert guidance on sensitive employee relations matters.
• Synthesize payroll and budgetary data into actionable reports for executive leadership.
