The Mission

This role is an individual contributor reporting to the Director of Labor Relations

We are seeking a Senior HRBP to act as a strategic partner to clinical and operational leadership. In this hybrid role, you will balance high-level HR with technical Labor Relations

The Role

  • Shape and implement HR strategies, policies, and standardized processes to meet current and future organizational needs.
  • Improve our performance review, supporting the management in delivering review KPIs and updating our policies.
  • Partner with leaders to align human capital strategy with business objectives. Provide coaching to leadership on organizational design, talent planning, and change management.
  • Analyze workforce pulse (surveys, turnover data) to identify trends. Develop and execute retention strategies and culture-building initiatives.
  • Guide management through performance issues, corrective actions, and termination processes, ensuring consistency and fairness across the organization.
  • Manage the end-to-end disciplinary process for complex cases. Execute dismissals and mutual separations in strict compliance with local legislation and due process to mitigate legal risk.
  • Act as the primary interface with Works Councils and Labour inspections. Lead consultations and negotiations regarding collective agreements and internal regulations.
  • Advise leadership on organizational restructuring or service changes, ensuring all information and consultation requirements with employee representatives are met.

What we are looking for

  • High level of English and Spanish - any other European language is a plus.
  • Strong experience in remote HR & Labor Relations.
  • Experience in Labor Laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Availability to attend the office five days a week (with full flexibility).
