• Engineering Leader to take the reins and drive this platform into its next era of maturity.
• As a Change agent for the Incentives team, you won't just be managing--you will be transforming.
• Your primary focus will be to move beyond the migration phase to ensure the application is world-class in terms of
• stability, performance, and scalability.
• Our platform is built on a modern foundation: Angular on the frontend, Java Spring Boot microservices on the
• backend, all running on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• You will be the bridge between visionary architecture and hands-on execution.

• Drive Stability & Performance: Own the reliability of a business-critical Cloud application, implementing robust

monitoring, SRE practices
