Customer Support Advisor - London and Herts

• £26,000.00 - £28,000.00 Per year ‌
• We have an new opportunity for a Customer Support Advisor to join our Customer Services team in Hertford.
• This is a 12 month fixed term role where you will be working 25 hours a week, Monday to Friday 9.30am - 2.30pm.
• The starting salary is £17,568 - £18,919 (£26,000 - £28,000 full time equivalent)

The Role

Our Customer Support Advisors provide administrative support in our Hertford Customer Service Management Centre. Where you'll be also be part of the team on reception.

You'll deliver administrative support to our Customer and Neighbourhood Teams including Mutual Exchanges, Garages and Repairs. This may include meeting support, mail merges, consent forms and purchase order processing.

This is a busy and varied role where you'll use your administrative and people skills to deliver great outcomes for our customers.

What we are looking for

As a Customer Support Advisor you'll need strong communication skills and the ability to empathise with our customers. You will need to be customer focused and experienced in delivering positive customer results.

You'll also have

• A positive and flexible approach to meeting customer and business needs
• Strong administration skills and the ability to provide administrative support to a team
• Experience in creating and maintaining accurate records and files
• The ability to take ownership and accountability for your work
• Experience in using multiple computer systems
