Head of Logistics

As a Head of Logistics, you will

• Lead, coach, and develop logistics and warehouse teams to achieve operational goals.
• Oversee daily e-com warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
• Optimize workforce, equipment, and resource utilization to maximize performance and control costs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Analyze operational data and KPIs to support decision-making and performance improvement.
• Manage departmental budgets, monitor costs, and identify savings opportunities.
• Lead logistics and warehouse projects, including process improvements and technology implementations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives and supply chain performance.
• Represent the logistics function in management meetings and strategic planning discussions.

Sounds interesting? Here’s what we expect from you

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
• Minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership or management role.
• Proven experience leading large operational teams within complex logistics environments.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and e-commerce logistics processes.
• Demonstrated experience in managing budgets, resources, and operational performance.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Supply Chain, Logistics, Lean, Six Sigma, or Project Management) are considered an advantage.
• Experience with e-commerce warehouse automation, robotics, or advanced logistics technologies is a plus.
• Background in managing multi-site or regional logistics operations is preferred.
