The Role

As a Captain, you’ll be the heartbeat of our service team—leading by example, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering standout hospitality every single shift.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and lead the front-of-house service team during shifts
• Deliver exceptional, personalized guest service from start to finish
• Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, bar, and service
• Manage table service, reservations, and guest flow efficiently
• Train, coach, and motivate team members
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, service, and presentation

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an F&B Captain / Senior Waiter / Supervisor
• Strong leadership and people skills
• Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable dining experiences
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Excellent communication and grooming standards

Experience & Skills

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Vocational diploma or certification in Hospitality or a related field

Qualifications

• Train the Trainer certification
• HACCP – Intermediate level
• Food Hygiene – Intermediate level
• WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) – Intermediate level preferred

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a comparable property
• Solid knowledge of cashiering procedures
• Hands-on experience with POS systems

Technical & Computer Skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Language Skills

• Intermediate English communication skills (written and spoken)
