• The Smokin’ GUN is looking for a driven F&B Supervisor to support operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences with energy, precision, and flair.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead from the front by providing hands-on support to the service team
• Ensure consistent, high-quality guest experiences at every touchpoint
• Supervise service flow between kitchen and floor for seamless execution
• Support the implementation and adherence to SOPs and service standards
• Conduct team briefings, training sessions, and shift coordination
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, and service delivery
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns with professionalism
• Oversee cleanliness, organization , and daily operational readiness

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar supervisory role within hospitality
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations & guest service excellence
• Knowledge of POS systems and cashiering procedures
• Passion for training, coaching, and supporting a team
• Strong communication skills and a hands-on leadership style
• HACCP & Food Hygiene certification (required)
• WSET (basic) and Train-the-Trainer certification (a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluency in Italian is required
