Line Leaders for Production

As a line leader, you will be part of a team that reports to the Production Manager and works closely with the technical team to ensure efficient operations and further development of our production processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and follow up the daily operation of the production lines in collaboration with the production management team.
• Ensure efficient production with high quality and a focus on food safety.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and production procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and optimization of production processes in collaboration with production management and the technical team.
• Plan and allocate work tasks to ensure smooth production flow.
• Follow up on deviations and contribute to corrective actions when needed.
• Contribute to stable operations and good utilization of production capacity.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience from production, preferably within the seafood or food processing industry.
• Has experience as a line leader.
• Is structured, reliable, and responsible.
• Thrives in a fast-paced work environment and is able to prioritize under pressure.
• Has a keen eye for quality and detail.
• Is solution-oriented and works well with others.
• Values diversity and contributes to a positive work environment.
• Is committed to efficient operations and continuous improvement.
• Is proficient in Norwegian and/or English, both spoken and written.

• Practical information
• The position is part of a two-shift arrangement. You will join a committed team and play a central role in the daily operation of production.
• Production experience is an advantage, and leadership experience will be given weight in the assessment.
