What We Need from You
- Oversee all beverage operations & bar service standards
- Supervise daily bar operations to meet SOPs & guest expectations
- Conduct daily bar inspections & maintenance follow-up
- Plan beverage menus & control beverage costs/par stock
- Lead daily briefings & monthly team meetings
- Handle guest feedback & resolve complaints promptly
- Recruit, train, coach & develop bar team
- Monitor market trends & competitors
- Enforce safety regulations & house rules
- Prepare reports & achieve targets
