Technical Support Analyst

We are currently looking for number of Technical System Analysts join our team in Singapore.

Requirements

Skills & Experience

•  Relevant degree in Business, Maritime Studies, Information Systems, or a related field
•  3–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst role
•  Understanding of marine operations and chartering workflows (preferred)
•  Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering, including translating business
• needs into system requirements
•  Experience working with enterprise systems and SaaS platforms
•  Ability to analyse system usage, licensing models, and cost structures
•  Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
•  Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
•  Experience supporting BAU operations and incident management
•  Familiarity with marine systems (e.g. IMOS) is an advantage
