• Developing (investment and maintenance) budgets and ensuring investments and technical projects stay in line accordingly.
• Evaluating, selecting and ordering appropriate equipment for the production of products.
• Supervising installation, modification, upgrading, and maintenance of equipment, in cooperation with service provider engaged.
• Maintaining records of equipment manufacturers' technical communications, upgrades, and safety issues.
• Analyzing equipment performance and reliability to increase equipment uptime, or resolve production issues if necessary.
• Providing technical support and training to maintenance staff (e.g., with preventative maintenance programs).

• Applies senior engineering know how, methods, tools and principles on a range of technical subjects.
• Analyzes deficiencies in and create proposal for technical improvements, for technical processes and infrastructure systems.
• Contributes to planning, design, realization and/or implementation phase of regional or global investments.
• Plans, prepares and realizes infrastructure implementation (e. g. , planning, programming, configuring and/or installing or commissioning assigned systems or applications)
• Leads respective local projects or workstreams (often labeled as C- Projects).
• Briefs and cooperates with external provider, and monitors the service level, deliveries and related cost.
• Provides local support and consultancy on dedicated technical systems (e. g. , as 'System or Product Owner').

What you will be doing

• Maintain and troubleshoot CVD and diffusion furnaces
• Lead equipment improvement projects
• Manage new equipment installation and buy-off
• Develop and update SOPs for equipment operation, calibration, and preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Process, Production, and Vendors) to resolve technical issues and support continuous improvement.

What you will bring along

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering field (or equivalent experience)
• Hands-on experience with semiconductor equipment, preferably CVD and diffusion furnaces.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for resolving complex equipment issues.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and SOP development,
• Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors.
