Marketing Specialist

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Have a strong understanding of Shanghai's local business promotion procedures and government affairs.
• Track local government policies related to autonomous driving, smart delivery, and other relevant areas, while anticipating market-entry risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate and resolve unexpected issues arising during operations to improve the smoothness of ground operations for delivery vehicles.
• Develop potential clients in Shanghai, including property groups, industrial park management companies, and commercial property operators, and help deploy delivery vehicles.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify renewal and expansion opportunities.
• Gather competitor updates and market intelligence to advise product and operational strategies.
• Be the Marketing team's local contact in Shanghai, connecting the needs of the Technology team with resources from senior management.
• Work with the Operations team to coordinate matters at client sites.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in business development, government affairs, sales, or a related field.
• Local Shanghai network: Familiarity with local procedures or the property/industrial park ecosystem in Shanghai, with an established professional network.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to independently engage with government departments and corporate clients to resolve complex issues.
• Experience in autonomous delivery vehicles, autonomous driving, robotics, or related industries is preferred.
• Experience in sales or business development for hospitality, F&B, commercial service robots, or related sectors is preferred.
• Industry experience or established connections in property management, industrial parks, commercial real estate, or related fields is preferred.
• Experience in government affairs or government relations is preferred.
