2W Partner Acquisition and Engagement Associate

Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a 2W Partner Supply Acquisition & Management team to initiate, acquire, build a strong network, and maintain a good relationship with Grab driver partners community with Humility, Honor, Heart, and Hunger along with maintaining sufficient supply in the Jabodetabek region. Reporting to the Manager, you will work in our Jakarta Office with regular field visits.

 

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will build a network and relationship with upcoming and current Grab driver community through offline and online channels
• You ensure supply stability within the designated area, including to manage and expand the 2W hyperlocal driver communities to improve their engagement with Grab
• You plan, do, check, and action (PDCA) for supply and demand plans to improve driver partners service quality and incorporated AI during some processes
• You will lead daily operations in Supply Management including and not limited to partner acquisition, investigate, educate driver partners and demand generation

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Minimum Bachelor's degree with track record in B2B or community networking
• Well-versed with Microsoft excel (can maintain spreadsheets) and data interpretation abilities
• Knowledge of online transport and delivery business would be beneficial
• Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills
