Inside Sales Representative

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

This position will effectively present targeted number of sales estimates and offers to potential customers in accordance with current Pricing Matrix.

• Com plete all sales duties, including, but not limited to, Service Agreement Completion, accurate inspections, and follow up on previous estimates.
• Build rapport with customers over the phone to ensure understanding, provide exceptional service and close business .
• M aintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

​ ​ Qualifications and Education Requirements ​

• Previous sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills, friendliness and ability to build rapport with potential customers via phone required
• Must possess ability to learn and communicate technical, industry-related data pertaining to the services to be sold
• High School diploma or GED required

Required Skills

• Ability to perform the essential job functions, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards safely and successfully
• Ability to multi-task as position will require data entry while on the phone.
• R egular and punctual attendance
• Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly to build relationships and promote excellent customer service

• Associate ’s or Bachelor’s degree pre ferred
• Industry l icensed in accordance with state regulations

Physical Requirements

• Long hours on the telephone and personal contact with customers
• A bility to work long hours as needed
• Long periods of sitting
