วิเคราะห์และปล่อยผ่านผลิตภัณฑ์กึ่งสำเร็จรูปและวิเคราะห์ผลิตภัณฑ์สำเร็จรูป

• วิเคราะห์และบันทึกผลทางเคมีและฟิสิกส์ของผลิตภัณฑ์กึ่งสำเร็จรูป ผลิตภัณฑ์สำเร็จรูป และ DI water โดยเทียบกับ Specification และตรวจสอบคุณภาพยองน้ำที่ใช้ผลิต น้ำ Last rinse จากการ C&S ถังผสม
• จัดเตรียมอุปกรณ์และสารเคมี สำหรับการวิเคราะห์
• ทำ Daily check เครื่องมือที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการวิเคราะห์กึ่งสำเร็จรูปพร้อมทั้งลงับนทึกปลการทำ Daily check เครื่องมือลงใน Logbook และแจ้งหัวหน้างานในกรณีที่ผลการทำ Daily check เครื่องมือไม่ผ่านตามค่าการยอมรับที่ระบุไว้
• บันทึกข้อมูลใน Logbook และ Analytical report (QO report)
• ลงบันทึกผลการตรวจสอบผลิตภัฑณ์ในเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์
• บันทึกผลการตรวจสอบ และปล่อยผ่านผลิตภัณฑ์กึ่งสำเร็จรูปในระบบ QAD
• ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในเรื่องเกี่ยวกับสุ่มตัวอย่างผลิตภัณฑ์กึ่งสำเร็จรูป
• จัดเตรียมตัวอย่าง sample bulk เมื่อลูกค้ามีการร้องขอตัวอย่าง
• ดูแลรักษาเครื่องมือต่างๆ ที่ใช้ในห้องปฏิบัติงานและแจ้งหัวหน้างานรับทราบเมื่อพบว่าเครื่องมือชำรุดเสียหาย
• ทำลายตัวอย่างผลิตภัณฑ์กึ่งสำเร็จรูป ที่ทำการวิเคราะห์และผลการวิเคราะห์ผ่านตาม Specification
• จัดเตรียม Standard sample ให้หัวหน้างานอนุมัติ พร้อมลงบันทึกใน Master list standard sample ในเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ และจัดกเ็บ Standard sample
