The Role

Product specialists work with the product team to ensure excellent product delivery. They have a wealth of knowledge about a product or range, and also recommend improvements and identify opportunities. They should have strong customer service and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in user interviews, analyze feedback, and collaborate on reviewing product metrics to help the PO prioritize more effectively.
• Identify and suggest product improvements based on Customer Journey mapping and Jobs to Be Done analysis.
• Help the PO groom and maintain the product backlog, ensuring tickets are well-defined and ready for development.
• Help the PO manage daily product-related incidents.
• Help the PO resolve product-related questions from other teams such as CS, Marketing, Finance, and Sales.
• Create prototypes for new features, collaborating with the Design team and providing specifications and visual guidance to the rest of the team.
• Work hand-in-hand with developers to build experimental Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to accelerate feature launches.
• Provide support to quality assurance when needed in specific features.
• Help in coordinating cross-functional communications for feature launches, ensuring product value is effectively conveyed to customers.
• Help the team identify process improvement areas and detect and implement automations to increase operational efficiency.
