- In this Projects Administrator role, you will provide high-level support to Professor Cheung and Trans Health Research.
- You will coordinate complex diaries, projects and relationships, ensuring seamless operations across research, clinical and advocacy activities.
What you will deliver
- Coordinate complex diaries, emails, travel and meetings for Professor Cheung, anticipating needs and managing competing priorities.
- Provide executive administrative support to the Trans Health Research Group, streamlining workflows and following up outstanding actions.
- Administer HR, finance and research processes using University systems, ensuring accurate records, compliance and timely approvals.
- Coordinate administrative aspects of multiple research projects, including ethics, governance, reporting and grant-related documentation.
- Support team meetings, workshops and events, fostering a collegial, inclusive environment aligned with University values.
You may be a great fit if you
- Hold a relevant tertiary qualification or bring equivalent administrative experience, education and training.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, preparing agendas, minutes, correspondence, presentations and reports.
- Bring proven experience supporting senior staff with diary management, travel, meetings, events and email coordination.
- Display strong organisational and time management skills, coordinating workflows and meeting deadlines across multiple projects.
- Use digital tools confidently, including Microsoft 365 and enterprise systems, and quickly learn new platforms.
- Apply sound judgement, initiative and discretion, solving problems while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism.
