Integrated Visiting Physician Solutions PC (IVPS) brings the doctor’s office to senior or elderly homes, who; otherwise cannot find the transportation to make an appointment with their PCP. In addition, we make visits to senior settings such as: assisted living facilities, group homes, and other senior community environments. Our medical providers are not limited to only Internal Medicine providers, but we also offer other ancillary services such as: Psychology, Pain Management and Podiatry.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This position is responsible for providing the highest quality Physician care to perform work in the assisted living facility setting to relatively stable patients who require the management of complex, acute and chronic health conditions. The doctor will provide services such as history and physical examinations, consults, medication management, symptom treatment, mental health evaluations, diagnostic tests, immunizations, assessment of safety and the assessment of the ability to perform activities of daily living within the his/her scope of practice and within all agency, state, and federal regulations

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Complete all necessary documentation by the end of each day.
• Update medication lists in patient medical record after each visit and when a new medication is prescribed
• Submit all necessary forms for medical equipment requests within 24 hours after visiting a patient.
• Provide complete notes and detailed documentation, in compliance with the organizations practices and in compliance with Medicare, Medicaid and other third party payor regulations.
• Must have an active medical license
• Must have an active DEA license

JOB PAY AND BENEFITS

• Full support of an office based staff to schedule visits, answer phone calls, carry out orders, bill visits, and order medical supplies.
