What You’ll Do
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility equipment and infrastructure, ensuring reliability and continuity of operations.
- Carry out routine maintenance related to buildings and utilities, including HVAC systems, electrical installations, and site equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues in a timely and supportive manner to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, internal standards, and operational policies, while supporting external audits.
- Contribute to EHS performance by applying safety procedures (JRA, OBT, ICHE) and promoting a culture of care and responsibility.
- Participate in root cause analysis and support the implementation of corrective actions following incidents or equipment failures.
- Maintain accurate documentation, manage spare parts inventory, and collaborate with Engineering and Calibration teams to ensure equipment continuity.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a maintenance or technical environment, ideally within manufacturing or the automotive sector.
- Educational background in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or a related field, with strong exposure to HVAC systems.
- Solid technical background in HVAC systems (heating and cooling), including hands-on experience in maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of mechanics and electrical/electronic systems, applied with attention to detail and a structured approach.
- Ability to collaborate effectively, build positive working relationships, and support shared team objectives.
- Familiarity with tools and systems such as MS Office, CAD software, Siemens GTC, and sensor-based systems.
- Fluent English is required; French and/or German are considered a strong advantage.
