Centerville Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Weekend Warrior Team ! If you are passionate about resident care and looking for premium weekend pay in a supportive environment, we would love to have you on our team.

🕖 Weekend Warrior — 7AM to 7PM

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor and document resident conditions
• Communicate with healthcare team members and families
• Ensure compassionate, resident-centered care

Qualifications

• Current Ohio LPN License
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
