🤓 The team
Based in Lisbon, within the multicultural Knowledge Management team, whose main responsibilities are
- Sharing knowledge across Indosuez and with Azqore’s external clients
- Identifying training needs (internal and client-facing)
- Supporting employees in learning and understanding our systems
You will be based at ARTS building, Avenida Dom João II, 43, 1990-084 Lisbon.
👨🔧 Your responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Knowledge Management, you act as the functional and technical reference for knowledge & learning tools (in particular the Learning Management System – LMS). You help industrialize practices, enhance the user experience, and support adoption by both employees and clients.
- LMS Administration & Engagement
- Update and maintain content (catalog, learning paths, materials) in line with releases and new features
- Administer key functionalities: user management, access rights, groups, enrolments, reporting
- Monitor usage (analytics, most-viewed content, completion rates) and recommend actions to improve adoption and effectiveness
- Drive content promotion (campaigns, user communities, communications)
- Contribute to ongoing monitoring and continuous improvement of digital learning tools
- Support & Enablement (Knowledge + Learning)
- Support business and IT teams in applying KM best practices (knowledge capture, documentation, update cycles)
- Produce and maintain enablement materials: user guides, FAQs, contribution standards, how-to’s
- Coordinate contributors/SMEs (input collection, review, publishing)
- Contribute to process improvements: quality, governance, and content lifecycle management
- Contribution to the Knowledge Management Strategy
- Support the KM lead in implementing Azqore’s global KM strategy
- Identify new training/knowledge needs (new products, new developments, new regions)
- Propose pragmatic and creative solutions to strengthen knowledge sharing and reuse
🧙♂️ Your core competencies
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent); initial experience (internship/apprenticeship) with digital tools is a plus
- Strong interest in platforms (LMS and Confluence): configuration, content structuring, data/reporting mindset, continuous improvement
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple topics in parallel
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and strong documentation skills (clear, actionable materials)
- Comfortable engaging with a wide range of stakeholders (IT teams, business teams, clients)
- Confluence: You have a deep, practical understanding of Confluence.
- Tech-Savvy: You possess a foundation in HTML coding.
- KM Specialist: You are knowledgeable in current knowledge management best practices.
- Content Creator: You are adept or interested at designing engaging video content and developing e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline.
Languages
- Fluent French (written and spoken) is a plus (lot of documentations in French)
- Professional English, minimum B2 (written and spoken) — regular interactions with Singapore & Switzerland
