  • we are searching for a Senior P&O Lead, Global Total Rewards (m/f/d),
  • based in Essen or in Hedehusene. Requirements Bachelor’s degree with
  • minimum 6-8 years relevant experience in Total Rewards preferably in a
  • multi-country, international setup Good understanding of global
  • compensation and benefits best practices, principles and trends
  • Proficiency in/knowledge of compensation & benefits job evaluation
  • methodology and surveys such as Mercer, WTW or Korn-Ferry frameworks
  • Advanced Excel skills Ability to work in multi-country and
  • cross-functional setup Experience in Rewards consulting would be an
  • advantage Strong project management skills in a cross-functional
  • project set up Good communication and interpersonal skills with the
  • ability to communicate complex ideas clearly Strong analytical and

  • will be part of the Group Total Rewards team and will be responsible
  • to design, develop and implement global rewards programs, policies and
  • processes in-line with the company objectives and business needs. As a
  • CoE, this role will partner with Business Partners and other CoEs and
  • act as an advisor and consultant on the delivery of Global

  • Drive the design and implementation of global rewards programs such as
  • annual salary review and annual incentive programs and grading to help
  • attract and retain top talent Identify and drive standardization and
  • process improvements including digitization of processes such as
  • implementation of annual salary review process in SuccessFactors
  • Design global frameworks to drive compliance agenda in the area of
  • compensation such as EU Pay Transparency Collaborate with P&O Business
  • partners to understand business needs and provide guidance around pay
  • competitiveness, best practices and benchmarks Contribute towards
  • Building total rewards capability globally within P&O
