Overview

• Join Manna's dynamic team as a Flight Operator at our new US headquarters in Tulsa! In this
• essential role within our live operations, you will report to the Central Operations Lead and play a
• critical role in the safe and efficient operation of our drones. More than just piloting, this position
• places you at the heart of Manna's operational strategy, where your contributions will directly
• impact our mission to deliver a seamless, cutting-edge service.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor autonomous drone delivery flights in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures
• Monitor aircraft systems, weather conditions, airspace activity, and operational performance
• Identify, assess and respond to operational issues in real time
• Maintain accurate operational, safety and maintenance records
• Conduct routine inspections of aircraft, batteries, ground equipment and operational infrastructure
• Support daily operational readiness and site setup activities
• Work closely with fellow Flight Operators, Supervisors and Engineering teams
• Participate in training activities and continuous operational improvement initiatives
• Maintain the highest standards of safety, professionalism and regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid US driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass pre-employment background screening
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures consistently
• Comfortable working with technology and software-based systems
• Ability to maintain concentration during extended periods
• Flexibility to work rotating schedules, including evenings, weekends and holidays as required

Preferred Qualifications

• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate
• Experience operating drones, robotics, aviation systems or other safety-critical technologies
• Experience in aviation, logistics, military, emergency services or technical operations
• Experience working in regulated operational environments

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to safely operate company vehicles when required
