As our new Front-End/UI Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of a sophisticated, data-driven platform. You will work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to transform complex workflows and large datasets into intuitive, elegant, and highly usable interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain modern web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Design and develop intuitive interfaces for complex workflows, dashboards, and data-heavy applications.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve usability and user experience.
• Translate complex requirements and datasets into clear, elegant, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Integrate and consume APIs while ensuring reliable data handling and a seamless user experience.
• Develop reusable UI components and help improve consistency across the platform.
• Work with tools such as NextJS, Ant Design and Tailwind CSS to deliver polished user experiences.
• Contribute to frontend architecture, technical decisions, and product improvements.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance development efficiency and productivity.
• Follow company policies, including confidentiality and cybersecurity requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of frontend development experience.
• Strong expertise in React and TypeScript.
• Proven experience building dashboards, analytics platforms, admin tools, or other complex data-driven applications.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, with the ability to independently make thoughtful design and usability decisions.
• Experience working with APIs, frontend architecture, and modern web development practices.
• Experience with Ant Design, Tailwind CSS, or similar frontend frameworks.
• Comfortable working in environments without a mature design system and helping improve overall product quality.
• Experience working in startups, product-focused teams, or design-led organizations is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Codex, Cursor, or similar.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Product-minded, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Nice to Have:
• Experience working on SaaS, LegalTech, FinTech, or other data-intensive software products.
• Experience with data visualization and analytics-focused interfaces.
• Portfolio showcasing high-quality frontend applications and user experiences.
