About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Junior Web Developer to join our Research & Development team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or aspiring developers who are eager to build real-world web applications using modern frontend technologies and cloud-based backend services. You will work closely with senior developers to develop, maintain, and improve web applications while gaining hands-on experience in React, Firebase, and modern web development practices.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Tailwind CSS.
  • Build interactive and reusable UI components using React.
  • Integrate frontend applications with Firebase services, including Authentication, Firestore, Hosting, and Cloud Functions.
  • Consume and integrate REST APIs using JSON.
  • Debug, test, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in existing web applications.
  • Use Git and GitHub for version control, collaboration, and code management.
  • Ensure websites are responsive, mobile-friendly, and compatible across different browsers.
  • Assist in improving website performance, usability, and overall user experience.
  • Collaborate with the development team during sprint planning, code reviews, and project implementation.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of React.
  • Familiarity with Tailwind CSS.
  • Basic understanding of Firebase services, including Authentication, Firestore, Hosting, and Cloud Functions.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and JSON integration.
  • Familiar with Git and GitHub workflows.
  • Understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and continuously improve technical skills.
  • Internship experience, thesis projects, personal projects, or an active GitHub portfolio is an advantage.
