The Role
As the Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in delivering excellent sales results, operational standards, and customer experiences. You will act as a role model for the team, helping to drive performance and ensuring the store operates smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
- Support the Store Manager in coaching, developing, and motivating the retail team
- Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering exceptional customer service and sales performance
- Assist with the day-to-day operation of the store, including stock management, reporting, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures
- Help maintain high standards of store presentation, compliance, and operational excellence
- Support onboarding and ongoing training to ensure team members are confident in communicating IQOS products and features
This is a hands-on leadership role, with full training and support provided to help you succeed.
