Software Engineer

About the role

In this role, you’ll contribute directly to Axon™ , our Digital Twin SaaS platform. We’re looking for Software Engineers who are curious, analytically strong, and excited to grow in an intellectually challenging product environment. A background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field will provide a strong foundation for success in this role. Beyond that, we value strong reasoning skills, an interest in software development, and the ambition to continuously learn and improve.

• You join the backend Analytics team within Product & Engineering: a close‑knit team of 20+ data scientists and engineers working closely with product owners to deliver end‑to‑end platform features.
• You help build and evolve the analytical backbone of the Axon platform.
• You translate strong abstract and analytical thinking into real‑world software solutions.
• You integrate customer data into scalable data models, building complex graph structures, analytical logic, and advanced capabilities for calculations, simulations, and querying.
• You write clean, production‑ready code with a strong focus on quality and maintainability.
• You build and extend a sophisticated backend, using .NET.
• You use AI—curiously and with judgement—to explore design options, improve code, validate tests, and speed up repetitive work.
• You’ll report to the Lead Software Engineer of Axon technology.
