Copywriter

Responsible for the writing and editing of AirBorneo's written communications output across owned channels, campaigns, corporate collateral and customer-facing material — including social copy, campaign messaging, website and application content, e-mail and notification templates, brochures, in-flight material and internal announcements. The role is accountable for the accuracy, tone and consistency of the airline's written voice in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

This role holds a solid reporting line to the Lead, Social Media for day-to-day supervision and channel output, and a functional (dotted) reporting line to the Lead, Internal/External & Stakeholder Relations for corporate, Government-facing and reputationally sensitive written material, including statements, formal correspondence and executive content. Material in either category shall be cleared through the corresponding line before release.
