Events Lead

Responsible for the end-to-end planning, production and delivery of AirBorneo's corporate events — including inaugural flight ceremonies, route launches, aircraft delivery and induction events, Board and Management functions, gala dinners, staff engagement events, media briefings, and the airline's participation in third-party trade, tourism and Government events. The role is accountable for event budgets, vendor management, protocol compliance, and the on-the-day experience of principals and invited guests.

Where an event involves State or Federal Government dignitaries, this role is accountable for full protocol compliance, order of precedence, seating, honorific accuracy, tent-card and programme accuracy, and advance liaison with the relevant Ministerial or Premier's Department office. This role does NOT include commercial trade-show sales activity or ticketing promotions, which sit with the Commercial Division; it provides event production support to such activity on request.
