About The Role
PRIORITY Quality Consultants is a management, IT, and education consulting firm delivering services across digital transformation, risk management, information security, software development, training, and recruiting.
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead complex projects from initiation through delivery and transition into service . In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects while managing requirements, risks, stakeholders, contracts, and project performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and contribute to broader portfolio management activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through delivery, transition into service, and closure.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, resource, and communication management.
- Gather, define, prioritize, and maintain project requirements while ensuring stakeholder alignment and requirements traceability.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, costs, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution and timely completion.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, engaging technical specialists where appropriate to support risk resolution.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and providing regular project status updates.
- Prepare project proposals and implementation plans based on customer requirements.
- Support supplier and contract management activities, including monitoring contract performance and preparing standard reporting.
- Contribute to portfolio management activities and provide support to Senior Project Managers, including deputizing when required.
- Perform additional project management and coordination activities as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Physics, Electronics, or a related scientific discipline with at least 2 years of relevant professional experience , or 6+ years of relevant professional experience without a degree.
- PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, or equivalent Project Management certification (or equivalent demonstrated experience).
- Recent experience (within the last three years) managing C4ISR projects or development projects in a large organization.
- Experience using project management tools, cost control, and resource management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an international military and civilian environment.
- Knowledge of NATO structures and organizations, including Allied Command Operations (ACO) and Allied Command Transformation (ACT).
Security Clearance
- A valid NATO Secret Security Clearance is required.
