About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Technology Engineering team supporting enterprise Technology Platforms & Compute initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in DevOps tooling administration, CI/CD platform engineering, infrastructure automation, container technologies, and cloud platforms.

The role involves managing enterprise DevOps platforms, implementing secure CI/CD pipelines, enabling application onboarding through automation, and working closely with Agile product teams to deliver highly available, scalable, and secure engineering platforms.

This is a hands-on engineering role requiring strong experience across DevOps tooling, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), cloud platforms, automation, monitoring, and platform operations.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, administer, and maintain enterprise DevOps tooling and platform services.
  • Design, build, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines supporting application delivery across multiple environments.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment processes, and configuration management to ensure secure, scalable, and consistent environments.
  • Support Agile delivery teams by enabling application onboarding through self-service automation and platform engineering.
  • Collaborate closely with Development, Infrastructure, Security, Product, and Operations teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
  • Implement and maintain DevOps and DevSecOps best practices across engineering teams.
  • Build reusable Jenkins Shared Libraries, pipeline automation, and deployment workflows using Groovy and Python scripting.
  • Integrate security and quality scanning tools into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Develop and integrate APIs required for pipeline automation and platform services.
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure, application, deployment, and platform issues while supporting production and operational environments.
  • Implement monitoring, logging, observability, and performance management solutions across enterprise platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with infrastructure security standards and organizational engineering policies.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging DevOps technologies, automation practices, and platform engineering improvements.

  • Strong hands-on experience with GitHub Actions.
  • Strong expertise in Jenkins administration and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
  • Experience developing Jenkins Shared Libraries.
  • Pipeline automation using Groovy scripting.
  • Python scripting for automation.
  • Strong understanding of Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and Continuous Deployment.
  • Experience integrating DevOps and DevSecOps tools into enterprise CI/CD pipelines.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
  • Ability to support both project delivery and production operations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of overall DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps Engineering or Platform Engineering.
  • Experience working in large enterprise environments supporting highly available, mission-critical platforms.
  • Experience supporting high-volume production environments.
  • Strong experience working in Agile product delivery teams.

Preferred Experience

  • Enterprise Platform Engineering.
  • DevOps Platform Administration.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Engineering.
  • Banking or Financial Services domain experience.
  • Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
