Stellenbeschreibung

  • Lead the technical development and implementation of vehicle dynamics control systems and related technologies.
  • Define and drive system architectures, control strategies, and technical roadmaps for vehicle dynamics functions.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional engineering teams throughout the complete product development lifecycle.
  • Ensure the successful planning, execution, and launch of vehicle dynamics control programs and vehicle functions.
  • Take ownership of technical excellence while ensuring compliance with performance, cost, quality, and timing targets.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders globally to develop innovative vehicle dynamics solutions.
  • Support strategic technology decisions and identify future trends and opportunities within vehicle dynamics controls.
  • Represent the function in discussions with senior management, customers, and development partners.

Profil

  • Master's degree or higher in Automotive Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field, with specialization in vehicle dynamics or control theory.
  • More than 15 years of experience in the development of vehicle dynamics control systems or related automotive technologies.
  • Proven track record of technical leadership and engineering management, including successful delivery and launch of automotive programs.
  • Strong expertise in vehicle dynamics controls, control system development, and automotive engineering processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality results under pressure and demanding timelines.
  • Strong team player with proven experience working in international and multicultural environments.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to China on a regular basis (approximately 20% of working time).
