• For a major aircraft interiors program, we are looking for experienced CVEs specializing in certification and compliance of aircraft seating systems and seat structures.
• The role focuses on demonstrating compliance for seat modifications and certification programs within FAA and EASA environments.

Description

• Lead compliance verification activities for seat structure certification
• Review structural substantiation reports and certification evidence
• Support seat modification and retrofit programs
• Define certification strategies and means of compliance
• Support showing-compliance activities for seat certification
• Coordinate with design, stress, test, and airworthiness teams

Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or equivalent
• Extensive experience with aircraft seating systems

Strong expertise in

• CS/FAR 25.561
• CS/FAR 25.562
• TSO certification
• STC programs
• Showing Compliance

Experience working directly with seat suppliers
