General Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner to join our healthcare team in Purwakarta, Indonesia. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive primary care services to our diverse patient population, making a meaningful difference in the health and well-being of our community. You will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide evidence-based medical care while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient safety.

• Provide direct patient care through comprehensive medical consultations, accurate diagnoses, and individualized treatment planning
• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and make sound medical decisions based on patient presentations and diagnostic findings
• Maintain detailed and accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with Indonesian healthcare regulations and organizational standards
• Communicate with patients in a professional, empathetic, and transparent manner, addressing their concerns and building trust
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes and ensure coordinated care delivery
• Stay current with medical advancements and best practices through continuing medical education and professional development
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and organizational policies
• Manage patient appointments and clinical workflows efficiently to maximize productivity and patient satisfaction
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to enhancing clinical practices within the organization
• Demonstrate resilience and adaptability when managing complex cases and diverse patient populations
• Medical Doctor (MD) degree.
• Holds a valid and active Medical Registration Certificate (STR).
• Holds valid  ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)  and  ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support)  certifications.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Practitioner, preferably in a clinic or hospital.
• Strong clinical knowledge and excellent patient care skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work in a dynamic environment.
