HCM Cloud Technical Consultant

• Work from offshore in the technical track of client engagements to perform activities such as technical design, build, unit testing, solution design
• Have ability to understand the business requirement and translate to technical design and unit test documents
• Be project experience in Oracle Cloud Applications like Fusion HCM supporting integration, reporting tools and data conversion
• Participate in quality assurance process for all technical deliverables
• Ability to lead the project and as well guide the team members

Must Have Skills

• Should have hands-on experience of 6-10 Years
• Experienced in gathering business requirements for custom solutions, writing technical design & unit test case documents
• Should be able to prepare proof of concept and demonstrate them to clients
• Hands on experience with Fusion Cloud tools - HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, Reporting tools - BI and OTBI.
• Good understanding of Modules -Core HR, Payroll, OTL and ORC.
• Experience in creating solutions based on PaaS
• Knowledge of SOAP/REST web services

Good Communication & Analytical Skills

BE/B.TECH/MCA or Equivalent

Added advantage if the candidate has

Experience with EBS

Basic JAVA knowledge is added advantage
