Program Manager IV

The Program Manager will lead and support initiatives that deepen partnerships with U.S. allies and international stakeholders to advance a shared vision for secure, trusted information communications technologies (ICT) and emerging technologies across the digital ecosystem, in alignment with U.S. national economic and security objectives. This role manages digital, cyber, and emerging technology foreign assistance programs, overseeing program implementation and evaluating operational effectiveness to advance priority U.S. policy objectives. Working across U.S. government agencies, including the Department of State, the position advances U.S. cyberspace, digital and emerging technology policies through strategic engagements and supports bilateral and multilateral diplomacy-focused efforts through targeted programming.
