- Plan and execute deployments of new SharePoint farm versions and environments.
- Develop and maintain automated patching processes for SharePoint farms, incorporating Microsoft zero-downtime patching principles.
- Implement and operationalise Microsoft SharePoint On-Demand Assessments.
- Troubleshoot complex SharePoint infrastructure and application issues.
- Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and service owners.
- Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
