Conveyancing Team Lead

We are looking for an A-Player to lead a high-performing English residential conveyancing team that generates conveyancing fees for our blue chip law firm client in England. You will combine your technical conveyancing and leadership skills to deliver a high-quality client experience, whilst managing our legal risk and delivering Brilliant value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Maximise conveyancing fees for our client.
• Oversee your team’s caseload whilst managing your own.
• Lead, coach and inspire your team to deliver a Brilliant client experience.
• Ensure compliance with our client’s risk policies, flag and escalate risks promptly.
• Proactively communicate with key stakeholders.
• Deliver data-driven insights to our client that drive continuous improvement.
• Keep abreast of legal and technical developments in the UK conveyancing space.
• Experience practicing conveyancing in England.

• Detailed knowledge of residential conveyancing in the United Kingdom.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Laws (LLB)

• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
• •

Qualified Conveyancer

Required

• •
• Minimum three (3) years’ residential conveyancing experience.
• •
• Conveyancing experience in English law, essential.
• •
• Work UK hours and take UK Bank holidays.
• •
• Ability to work from home if required (min 20 meg fibre line).
• •
• Valid driver’s license.
• •
• Own transport..
