Licensed Marriage Family Therapist Supervisor

Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Job Summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is looking for Missouri clinical supervisors who want to support developing mental health professionals with useful, grounded supervision. Supervisors in this role help clinicians strengthen their skills through case consultation, ethical discussion, documentation review, and professional mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and case consultation
• Support documentation, ethics, treatment planning, and professional growth
• Help supervisees build confidence in clinical work
• Follow Missouri licensing and supervision rules
• Maintain clear supervision structure and communication

Requirements

• Active Missouri clinical license in good standing
• Eligible license types may include Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Must be qualified to supervise under Missouri board requirements
• Experience supervising clinicians preferred
