Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

Setting: Remote / Telehealth

Position: Full-Time

• Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Summary

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will provide consistent therapy services to clients across Washington using a virtual care model. The role emphasizes practical clinical work, manageable caseloads, and focused session delivery without administrative overload.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver individual therapy sessions through a telehealth platform
• Assess client needs and adjust treatment approaches as appropriate
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records
• Participate in team meetings and case discussions
• Uphold ethical and professional counseling standards

Requirements

• Active Washington State LMHC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field
• Experience in outpatient or telehealth counseling preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload remotely
