Job Summary

We’re hiring licensed mental health professionals in California to provide therapy through secure telehealth platforms. This role is ideal for therapists who want to expand their impact statewide while enjoying the flexibility of working remotely. You’ll have a stable schedule and be part of a supportive care team.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• $115,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy sessions to individuals and families
• Build measurable treatment goals and track client progress
• Partner with other clinicians for integrated support
• Maintain accurate clinical notes in compliance with regulations
• Stay current on best practices in mental health

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• Active California license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)
• At least two years of therapy experience
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and online documentation
