Setting: Remote / Telehealth

Position: Full-Time

• Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Overview

This role supports clients through structured mental health therapy delivered entirely online. You will focus on therapeutic relationships, treatment progress, and professional clinical care without the demands of in-office operations. The position offers predictable scheduling and a consistent caseload.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy sessions to assigned clients
• Track progress and update clinical notes
• Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Maintain compliance with Missouri licensing standards
• Participate in clinical check-ins as scheduled

Requirements

• Active Missouri license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW)
• Master’s degree in a mental health discipline
• Experience in clinical therapy settings
• Ability to work full-time remotely
• Strong communication and documentation skills
