Mental Health Counselor Supervisor

Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and case consultation
• Support documentation, treatment planning, ethics, and professional development
• Help supervisees strengthen clinical skills and decision-making
• Follow Colorado licensing and supervision standards
• Maintain professional supervision records and communication

Requirements

• Active Colorado clinical license in good standing
• Eligible license types may include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Must be eligible to provide supervision under Colorado requirements
• Experience supervising or mentoring clinicians preferred
