Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to developing mental health professionals
• Review clinical cases, documentation, treatment plans, and ethical concerns
• Support supervisees with skill-building and professional growth
• Follow Arkansas supervision and licensing expectations
• Maintain organized supervision records

Requirements

• Active Arkansas clinical license in good standing
• Eligible license types may include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Psychologist, or Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW)
• Must meet Arkansas requirements to provide supervision
• Prior experience supervising clinicians preferred
