Mental Health Therapist Supervisor

Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to developing therapists and counselors
• Support case review, treatment planning, documentation, and ethics
• Help supervisees grow in skill and confidence
• Follow Hawaii licensing and supervision requirements
• Maintain consistent supervision communication

Requirements

• Active Hawaii clinical license in good standing
• Eligible license types may include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Must be qualified to supervise under Hawaii board requirements
• Experience supporting early-career clinicians preferred
