Mental Health Therapist Supervisor

Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Job Summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking Virginia clinical supervisors who can guide counselors, therapists, and other mental health professionals through licensure and clinical development. This role is a strong fit for supervisors who enjoy supporting clinicians with structure, feedback, and practical insight.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and case consultation
• Support documentation, ethics, treatment planning, and professional development
• Help supervisees strengthen clinical skills
• Follow Virginia supervision and licensing standards
• Maintain professional supervision communication

Requirements

• Active Virginia clinical license in good standing
• Eligible license types may include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Clinical Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Must meet Virginia requirements to provide supervision
• Prior supervision experience preferred
