Mental Health Therapist Supervisor

Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Job Summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is looking for Wisconsin clinical supervisors who want to support counselors, therapists, and mental health professionals through practical and meaningful supervision. Supervisors in this role help clinicians strengthen their skills through feedback, case discussion, ethical guidance, and documentation support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and case review
• Support documentation, ethics, treatment planning, and clinical development
• Help supervisees grow with structure and accountability
• Follow Wisconsin supervision and licensing requirements
• Maintain professional supervision communication

Requirements

• Active Wisconsin clinical license in good standing
• Eligible license types may include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Must be qualified to supervise under Wisconsin board rules
• Experience supervising clinicians preferred
