Senior Alliance Accounting Manager

The Senior Alliance Finance Manager is responsible for leading the finance operations, reporting, billing support, contract compliance monitoring, and close support for global alliance arrangements. This responsibility includes royalty income, royalty expense, R&D service revenue, milestone income and expense, contingent consideration from acquisitions, intercompany activity for alliance agreements, partner reporting, contract term compliance, and related alliance financial processes.This position works cross-functionally with business development, FP&A, legal, R&D, regulatory affairs, commercial, tax, treasury, technical accounting, revenue accounting, general accounting and international finance teams. The role provides financial and operational support for monthly closes, audits, forecasting, partner reporting, contract compliance, and management reporting processes.
